Portal logins are stored encrypted in Supabase Vault — never in plain text, never in logs. Credentials are scoped to your company, not individual users, so your team shares them seamlessly. Only company admins can edit them. Every access is audit-logged.
Express permits are over-the-counter — same-day issuance once submitted (water heater swaps, like-for-like changeouts, basic solar PV, electrical upgrades). Plan Check permits require full plan review by the AHJ — usually involve corrections cycles and take days to weeks. Same workflow on our side; different tracks because the cost structure is different.
If we fail to submit a permit due to our system error, you're refunded automatically. If a permit is rejected by the AHJ for issues with your plans or scope, our work was already done — no refund, but our team helps you fix and resubmit at no additional cost. Monthly plans are cancellable anytime, prorated to the next billing cycle.
